Failure, something a lot of people not very keen on speaking on. We see the trophies, the Dean's list letters, and various accolades, but usually, the struggles are hidden. On the path to success, there are many road blocks. For some, there are more than others, but it is the same struggles that truly help a person on the path to success. Thinking back, I knew an individual who struggled deeply. On the road to accomplishing their dreams and goals, they hit an abundance fo road blocks. Did they overcome? Yes. At their college graduation speech, they mentioned long nights in the library, not doing as well on exams, and just keeping hope alive because the only person that can honestly stop you from achieving your goals is yourself. This person obviously knew what they were talking about because my cousin is now in her third year of medical school. Highlighting her failure, she used them as motivation to reach her goals. When the going gets tough, you have to adapt to survive. Survival of the fittest is the name of the game, and it's up to you whether you want to play, or get left behind. Peace & Good Vibes
